What comes to mind when hearing the word 'conference' are plenary sessions, discussions and speeches. But for these to actually work out smoothly, much more is needed. For half a year there have been weekly meetings to make sure that your conference bag contains the essential goodies, there are people to guide you when lost, there are social media channels to keep you connected and press relations established, the microphone batteries are charged and most importantly - there are multiple ways of enjoying Vienna together with your colleagues after a long day of challenging conversations. We worked on organizing this for you
